Electrical tests

are generally used to verify that the components comply with their specification values according to the data sheet. In addition, test steps with customised parameters and limit values are possible. The modular concept enables cost-effective solutions to be offered. The associated software generates the required test steps directly from the data sheet with the test conditions and limit values. We currently have a stock of over 5000 test programms with the corresponding adapters.

  • Full inspection
is appropriate if the manufacturing process is not monitored with statistical process control. Full testing is mandatory for safety-relevant parts.
  • Sample testing
The aim is to obtain an economical overview of the possible defect proportions of the delivery lot. For this purpose, random samples are taken from a complete lot according to predefined plans.  Inspection severity, sample size and acceptance figures control the acceptance probability of the inspection lot. Depending on the result, further decisions such as acceptance, rejection or full inspection can be made.
  • Selection
sorts good and bad parts. By adding a classification, the goods can be selected into different classes. The goods can then be assembled with other classified parts. This allows tighter tolerances to be achieved in a production process.
  • Identity check
is used when goods from unknown sources are involved. A cost-effective electrical test can be used to verify whether the test specimen complies with the requirements.
  • Validation
can support the development department in the selection of components and suppliers. Comparisons with existing suppliers and new suppliers are easily possible thanks to our statistical analyses. We provide Excel files for your own analyses. Special treatments such as temperature, humidity and burn-in round off the validation process.
