ENModular test technology for electronics
We develop customised, modular systems with associated software to create efficient solutions, adapted to individual tasks. Based on standard test systems, application development ensures the realisation of customer-specific requirements and test solutions. The systems for component testing and programming are used in the areas of research, development, quality testing and production.
Our systems can be easily integrated and connected to production lines. TCP/IP and PLC-compatible interfaces are available for all systems. External handling devices can be controlled directly by the test systems. The software provides query functions for handling, for example start polling, before and after the test, or depending on the result.
The diversity of metrological tasks and the variety of different components (assemblies) and their functions place high demands on contacting and testing technology. With our team of experts, we are able to realise high-quality, fully automatic and manual test fixtures within a reasonable time and cost framework. Naturally, this also includes integration into existing conveyor and handling systems.
Optimum signal transmission and the best possible contacting of the device under test with the help of the test adapter is the most important prerequisite for avoiding test problems and obtaining reliable test results in both manual and automated tests. From high-quality test sockets for individual components to special high-speed interface solutions for the ATE (Automated Test Equipment) sector, we are able to cover all requirements in these areas. Customised solutions, individually adapted to specific requirements, are our strength.
